For formally classified independent treatment centers (ZBCs, private clinics), Article 6 and 7 of the Besluit medische hulpmiddelen applies directly: a qualified person is responsible for reprocessing procedures, labeling and retention of reusable invasive medical devices. For regular dermatology practices not registered as ZBCs, supervision runs through the general field standards for specialist medical care — SRI guidelines where published, otherwise WIP transition guidelines.
