Upload PDF or HTM reports exported from your autoclave. SecuSteri automatically extracts cycle data: number, date, temperature, pressure, duration, result. Brands supported for automatic import: W&H Lisa, Castellini, Anthos. Other brands can be entered manually.
If your autoclave brand is not yet supported for automatic import, a guided form lets you enter cycle data manually. Your report is forwarded to our team for automatic support development.
Each cycle is signed with your personal 4-digit PIN. The signature locks the cycle in a tamper-proof way — a key requirement during ARS and ONPP inspections.
Browse your complete cycle history with filters by number, autoclave, and result. Data is accessible within your plan's retention window.
Register your autoclaves with brand, model, and serial number. If your autoclave is supported for automatic import, registration happens automatically from your first uploaded report. The number of autoclaves depends on your plan: 1 (Standard), 3 (Pro), 10 (Clinic+).

Every sterilized instrument is permanently linked to its cycle, operator, container, and expiration date. These records are immutable for regulatory compliance.

Invite team members by email, assign roles, and manage access. Invitations are valid for 7 days and include password and PIN setup.
Three roles control access: Admin (full access), Supervisor (manage cycles and instruments), Operator (sign cycles and print labels).
Choose your profession on signup: dental, veterinary, tattoo, piercing, permanent makeup, podiatry, dermatology, nail salon, acupuncture. Your catalog is pre-loaded with industry-relevant instruments and categories.
The full interface is available in French and English. Language is determined by the URL, your user preference, or your browser settings.

Every significant action is recorded in an append-only audit log that cannot be modified or deleted. Basic audit on all plans; full compliance audit logs on Pro and Clinic+.
Request a full export of your data (cycles, instruments, autoclaves, audit logs) as a zipped CSV archive delivered by email. The export covers your plan's retention window. Limited to one export per 24 hours.
