The same requirements apply: municipal licence, Class B autoclave sterilization for reusable instruments, dedicated workspace, hygiene training certificate, written informed consent, and record retention. Inks and pigments must be registered with AEMPS (Agencia Española de Medicamentos y Productos Sanitarios). The same penalty schedule applies — up to €601,012 for very serious infractions.
