SegoSoft (Comcotec Messtechnik GmbH) is the best-known solution: BSI-certified as a Class IIb medical device, supports up to 300 devices via RS-232/USB interfaces, offers digital signatures per Signaturgesetz (German Signature Act), SegoLabel for barcode labels, and SegoAssign for patient-level assignment. However: Windows-only, per-device licensed with a mandatory ServiceCard at €215/year per device, no mobile access, no cloud, dental and medical only.
diosMP (Maximal Dental) offers a digital hygiene chain but is also on-premise and dental-only. DOCma (Henry Schein Dental) combines quality management with hygiene documentation, is distributed exclusively through Henry Schein, and is also limited to dental. The so-called "Steri-Anbindung" (sterilization connection) in dental PMS systems like CGM Z1 or Dampsoft is merely a hardware data import — not a complete compliance solution.
Euronda E-Memory is free, but it only works with Euronda autoclaves. It is PC software, not a web application. No QR labels, no tamper-proof audit trail, and no multi-brand support. If your autoclave is not Euronda, it is not an option.
