Replace your paper register with a digital logbook that's always ready for ARS inspection. Import your autoclave report, sign the cycle, print QR-coded traceability labels.
French law requires that all instruments penetrating the skin barrier must be either single-use and sterile, or sterilized before each use. Every tattoo studio must declare its activity to the ARS, hold a valid hygiene certification (renewable every 5 years since 2024), and maintain a sterilization traceability record. Inspectors can visit without notice and verify your records. Non-compliance is a 5th class contravention — up to €1,500 per infraction, doubled on repeat.
Décret n°2008-149 du 19 février 2008 · Art. R.1311-4 CSP · Arrêté du 11 mars 2009 · Arrêté du 5 mars 2024
ARS-ready traceability in seconds
Upload your autoclave report, sign the cycle with your PIN, and your traceability record is complete. No more paper logbooks to fill out by hand.
QR-coded labels for every instrument pouch
Print traceability labels with QR codes that link back to the full sterilization cycle. Attach them to each pouch for immediate inspector verification.
Hygiene certification made simple
